With 29 years of mechanical experience and specialization in fluid power, Joey Maynard founded JTM Equipment Service and Repair to deliver dependable, high-caliber hydraulic solutions for construction equipment, hi-line equipment, bucket trucks, digger derricks, and other demanding fleet applications. His career has been built on hands-on problem-solving, technical precision, and a practical understanding of what it takes to keep equipment operating safely and reliably.

Over the course of his career, Joey spent 15 years as a dedicated hydraulic technician, diagnosing, troubleshooting, rebuilding, and optimizing complex pumps, cylinders, valves, mobile hydraulic circuitry, and related systems both on-site and in the shop. He is experienced in identifying hydraulic faults quickly, sourcing OEM-aligned parts, and applying practical repair strategies that reduce downtime, extend equipment life, and support safe day-to-day operations.

Recognized for his high standards and attention to detail, Joey later moved into shop leadership, serving as a shop supervisor for five years. In that role, he managed daily workflows, reinforced safety and quality control practices, and mentored mechanics to ensure every repair met strong performance standards.
